Yes, B2B and B2C are two different beasts. Our expertise is focussed on the B2B market.
Setting up the technical infrastructure of your campaign will take 4 weeks.
The technical set up is an absolute requirement in order to maximize our email deliverability rates, to ensure we land in prospect inboxes and not the spam folder.
During the warming up process, we’re able to set up the rest of the campaign infrastructure, from your personal analytical portal to CRM build.
Once the 4-week warming up period is complete, we can then start the outreach, with meetings scheduled in your calendar from day 1, or as soon as they come in.
We actively encourage a discovery call to understand if we are a good fit. If we move forward, then we have a tried and tested onboarding process which goes through a variety of steps to uncover your Unique Selling Points (USPs), how we articulate this to your target market, and taking information directly from you through specific question asking and documentation in the form of a strategy workshop.
Speed is relative. Our agreements run for a minimum of 6 months. This gives us 1 month preparation time in order to create the infrastructure for your campaign.
Month 2 is when we start reaching out to our first prospects, with meetings able to be scheduled from day 1.
You can increase sales as fast as you can close deals.
We work via an initial 3-month agreement to prove the validity and value of the service.
Invoicing is prior to works commencing each month.
After our 3-month prove it campaign, we continue on our fully-managed service, or you can purchase a lifetime license to buy all our secrets and implement this machine internally, with our team providing 3-months of after sales support and training.
A lead is defined as anyone expressing interest in receiving more information; including, but not limited to: a meeting, a brochure, a price list etc, in addition to anybody referring us over to the decision maker within the company.
The strength of a lead e.g. red hot / warm, ready to buy / doing research etc cannot be determined by Inbox Leads. We have no way of measuring the true strength of a lead as we are not part of the sales process.
Some leads will be stronger than others.
A sales meeting is a calendar slot booked with a prospective client who has explicitly shown interest in your offering.
Inbox Leads cannot be held responsible for low sales conversion rates. We have no ability to control our clients’ skill at sales. This is a business development service only. Some leads will be stronger than others.
That said, we do provide sales training guidance and all other necessary support to help in your sales meetings.

For your comfort, we work alongside GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws, in addition to any other relevant email marketing laws applicable to the country of target and our service offering.
