This US based company is popular on an international scale.
We were approached by this company as they were exploring new channels of business development, and were hoping to create a more cost-effective, yet lucrative channel to generate sales.
Through the outsourcing of their whole cold email business development strategy to Inbox Leads, their sales department simply focussed on converting sales meetings into paying clients. This proved to be more cost-effective than hiring an in-house outbound team, rapidly ramped up their conversions rates and reduced their average sales cycle timeframe as their sales agents were better focussed.
We were approached by this Netherlands based, international luxury home & bodycare company in July 2021.
Their goal was to generate sales at Christmas by expanding from a B2C focus over to a B2B strategy. This strategy would not only provide a lower cost per conversion, but serve to move from single B2C online orders to large volume sales, with target prospects having the remit and authority to purchase Christmas gifts for their whole workforce.
Outreach began in August 2021 with a focus on Christmas for the following months. The campaign was so successful that the client is continuing with the strategy, but moving the focus from Christmas to other events throughout the year in order to continuously generate sales.

They had created a new arm of their company and were looking for reliable growth strategies beyond relying on their brand name and known industry contacts; essentially, they were looking to branch out.
